General Terms & Conditions 

• All information on the website is as accurate and as up to date as possible. However, We cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

• In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price.

• We must be informed of breakages or shortages within 24 hours of delivery.

• All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.

• Orders can only be fulfilled whilst stocks last. If part of your order is out of stock or undeliverable when our team comes to pack your order, only the remaining items will be sent. You will be notified by email if this occurs.

• Any damage to plants must be informed of within 24 hours of delivery by telephone or email, a photograph of the damage must then be emailed.


 Delivery Information

• Standard delivery is charged at £3.00 and is a 2nd class service on Royal Mail, this is usually a 2-3 day service, this may be longer especially at busy times.  Premium Delivery is charged at £6.00 and is a "Signed for" First Class Royal Mail service or courier delivery. This depends on the value or weight of your order and is chosen at our discretion. Orders placed over £50.00 qualify for Free delivery.

• Standard delivery charges apply for all addresses within mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Due to large additional charges for delivery to these areas it is not always possible to supply large or bulky items. If an order is placed from one of these areas and we decide your goods need to be sent via a pallet or courier, we will contact you to inform you of any additional charges applicable giving you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

• Dry goods orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of placing your order. You will be notified by email when your goods have been dispatched.

• We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, so please be aware that if placing an order on Friday it may not leave Watermarque until the following week.

• We may sometimes choose to send heavy or bulky items via a courier or pallet service, which will require a signature on delivery.

• We do not currently offer an international service through the website but please contact us for overseas postage rates.



Returns Policy

• If you wish to return your order within 14 days of receipt of delivery, please contact us at sales@watermarque.co.uk. Or telephone 01278 661908. Only returns accompanied with a valid returns number will be accepted.

• Products are to be returned in perfect condition and in original packaging to Watermarque Aquatic Superstore, Market Way, North Petherton, Somerset, TA6 6DF.

• All products returned must be well packed to avoid damage, as we will not accept responsibility for goods returned in a non-resalable condition.

• If you receive an item damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@watermarque.co.uk or Tel; 01278 661908 for a returns number, only returns accompanied with a valid returns number will be accepted.

• Products that carry a manufacturer's guarantee can be returned, if faulty, to us for exchange/refund during the warranty period. All products still in guarantee will be tested upon return. Please include your original Watermarque invoice number.

• Returned items are processed as quickly as possible, please allow 7 - 10 days for us to process your returns and reply to you.

• You are eligible to pay all postage costs on returning your items to Watermarque Aquatic Superstores.  Outbound postage on your original order will not be refunded.


Cancelling your order

• If you wish to cancel your order before it has left our warehouse you will be eligible for a refund.

• If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns policy.


Watermarque Newsletter Terms & Conditions

• The Watermarque Newsletter is a promotional flyer.

• Offers are valid for the month’s referred to in the newsletter’s title unless otherwise stated.

• Offers in the newsletter are available in both stores unless otherwise stated.

• Offers are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

• Offers may be withdrawn at any time.
