UNWANTED GOODS
You have 30 days to return unwanted items, provided any item is returned in the same condition as when it was purchased.
We will exchange your goods or offer a credit voucher to the value of them, provided you have a valid proof of purchase, receipt etc.
FAULTY GOODS
If you believe your goods to be faulty, you have 30 days from date of purchase to return your item for a full refund. Your item must be accompanied with a valid proof of purchase in order to return your item.
We are required to test any items that are returned due to fault, following manufacturers guidelines. Please note this may involve leaving your item with us but we will endeavour to deal with item as soon as possible.
If your item is faulty, we will exchange or refund the purchase price of the item. After 30 days, we may offer a repair, exchange or an alternative to the value of purchase price.
