Eheim SYNTH is synthetic fine filter wadding. This is a fine filter media meant for use at the end of the filtration process. It removes the finest particles and polishes the water before re-entry into the aquarium. This type of filter medium is also known as filter floss, filter wool, filter fleece and fine filter pads. To match your EHEIM external filter, we also offer you EHEIM fine filter pads for the same purpose.

Description

As the final filter layer, Eheim SYNTH should be placed in the filter, up to a maximum of 10mm thick.

It is recommended that after any fish or algae treatments have been used, a new layer of Eheim SYNTH should be installed.

Suitable for both freshwater and saltwater.
