Dennerle Scaper’s Soil Natural Mix is a high-quality active substrate with a natural look for freshwater aquaria.
- Lowers the carbonate hardness and stabilizes the pH value in the slightly acidic range of approx. pH 5.0 – 6.0 (depending on the source water) – optimal conditions for plant aquaria, aquascaping, shrimp, and many soft water fish.
- Selected clay minerals and volcanic soil (andosol) provide important minerals and trace elements for even plant growth.
- Highly porous structure offers plenty of space for microorganisms and supports biological stability.
- With a grain size of 1 – 4 mm and a natural colour mix of black, brown, and reddish brown, the soil is suitable for natural layouts and stable hardscapes.
- Double firing ensures long-term water stability.
- Can also be used as an active filter material for regulating water values.
