Sterlets and sturgeons have a unique feeding biology, making them very different to other pond fish. For example, they need a sinking food, and enjoy a natural diet rich in crustaceans, molluscs, and invertebrates. Tetra Pond Sterlet Sticks provide a diet that is solely formulated for Sturgeons and which will keep them in top health and condition.

Tetra Pond Sterlet Sticks is a specially devised Sterlet recipe with extra-low carbohydrate content to ensure an appropriate diet.

• Small 3.5mm sticks for smaller juvenile Sterlets and Sturgeon.
• Larger 8-10mm sticks more adapted to adult Sterlets and Sturgeon.
• Easy to eat and highly digestible for improved water quality.
• Sticks retain their shape and do not cloud the water.

Composition:

• Vegetable protein extracts, fish and fish derivatives, Cereals, derivatives of vegetable origin (wheatgerm meal 8.3%), yeasts, oils and fats, minerals.

Additives:

• Vitamins, pro-vitamins, and chemically well-defined substances having similar effect: Vitamin A 30470iu, Vitamin D 1900iu.

Compounds of Trace Elements per kg:

• Manganese (manganese (II) sulphate, monohydrate) 100mg, Zinc (zinc sulphate, monohydrate) 63mg, Iron (iron (II) sulphate monohydrate) 41mg.

Analytical Constituents:

• Crude Protein 53%, Crude Oils, and fats 12.0%, Crude Fibres 2.0%, Moisture Content 8.0%.

 

Feeding Guide:

• Feed at least 2 to 3 times daily, as much as your fish can consume in a few minutes.
• Suitable for year round feeding.

Feeding Tips:

• If you have other fish in your pond as well as Sterlets/Sturgeon, we recommend that you feed those fish first and feed your Sterlets/Sturgeon in a separate place.
