NT Labs Aquarium Swimbladder Treatment is for treating tropical or cold water fish when they become lethargic and unstable in the water, either swim on their side or upside down, or even sink to the bottom of the aquarium. This is most common in ornamental goldfish. Available in 100ml and 250ml bottles.

Description

Fish use their swimbladder for buoyancy and stability. When it becomes infected with Aeromonas or Pseudomonas bacteria, it can cause stress which may result in death.

NT Labs Aquarium Swimbladder Treatment gets to work inside the fish to eradicate these disease causing bacteria.

As with most fish ailments, maintaining good water quality is the best form of disease prevention.

Product Information:

Recommended for: Tropical and cold water fish.
Treatment type: liquid, single dose.
Harmless to filters and all species of fish, shrimp, and invertebrates.
Dosage & total treatment volume:

Read instructions before use.
Use 10ml per 50 litres.
During treatment, your aquarium your water will appear vivid yellow.
If required, 7 days after the last dose, check diagnosis, test your water for ammonia and nitrite, and carry out a 30% water change before re-treating.
After successful completion of the course, the remaining treatment can be removed through partial water changes and/or use of an Arcadia Polyfilter.
This bottle will treat an aquarium up to 500L.
Usage tips:

Check your aquarium water quality before use (for ammonia, nitrite, pH etc).
Remove any adsorbent filter media such as carbon or phosphate remover before use (these may remove all or part of the treatment).
Turn off UV filtration if used.
Increase aeration during treatment.
Some aquarists also feed live bloodworm whilst using this treatment.
