Delivery Information
- Standard delivery is charged at £4.50 and is a 2nd class service on Royal Mail, this is usually a 2-3 day service, this may be longer especially at busy times.
- Courier delivery is charged at £16.50 and Complete by APC.
- Standard delivery charges apply for all addresses within mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
- We will contact you to inform you of any additional charges applicable giving you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- Livestock, Heavy or Fragile Orders can only be purchased for collection or in-store.
- If an item is purchased as In-Store Collection, we will contact you by email when your order is ready.
- We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, so please be aware that if placing an order on Friday it may not leave Watermarque until the following week.
